Dispatch
Originals and other in stock items will be dispatched within 3 working days by courier. Smaller items delivered to the UK will use Royal Mail. Shipping costs are calculated based on the heaviest / most expensive item to ship.
Special Orders
Commissions will have a mutually agreed time for completion and will then be dispatched within 3 working days.
Returns & Refunds
You have 14 calendar days to return your item from the date you receive it. The item must be returned using the original packaging and in the same condition received. To return an item, contact us via the contact form — our return address will be provided upon reply. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non‑refundable. A tracked service must be used to be eligible for a refund.
Packing
I have many years experience of packing and shipping art. I endeavour to do this to a very high standard indeed. Damages are very rare as a result but if they do occur in transit, I will work to resolve each case on an individual basis.

Name, email address, postal address and order details that you provide when purchasing artwork, requesting a commission, or contacting us via the website.
How we use your data
To fulfil and dispatch your orders, respond to enquiries and commissions, and — if you have opted in — to send occasional updates about new work and exhibitions.
Lawful basis for processing
We process your data under the lawful bases of contract (to fulfil your order), legitimate interest (to reply to enquiries) and consent (for any mailing list).
Mailing list
Where you have given consent, your email may be used to send updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us.
Data security
Personal data is stored securely and access is restricted to the artist. Payment information is processed by trusted third party providers and is not stored on this site.
Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as needed to fulfil your order, comply with legal obligations, and respond to ongoing correspondence.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. Data is shared only with couriers and payment processors strictly to fulfil your order.
International transfers
Where data must leave the UK (for example, to a payment provider), it will only be transferred to countries with adequate data protection safeguards.
